An exeception to the "takes forever" rule with good and bad and good news.

Good news: New metal 24x26 garage went up today in 9 hrs
Bad News: Same building (if ordered today) went up by 43% ($4000) due to steel hikes
Good news: we beat the increase by 2 days.
