That's really the point of the whole look... sort of a cognitive dissonance. The roof is absurdly low and the intake is absurdly high. And to anyone who knows anything about cars, it's obvious that there's no mechanical reason to adapt back and forth between dual and single 4 bbl. inlets.

I like the "paint" work... the folks who do these rat rods go to a LOT of trouble to get the "paint" looking like that.
