This is great info. It doesn't look like a terriblly tough job with a table saw and router.

Yes, I'm cutting my own wood. Not sure just yet what I'll use. Dont laugh but I am concedering the Plastic Woods for durability, What do you think????

This isnt for my truck , I have a steel bed. This if for the 72 Step Side my son has

Man, I just joined the site so I could ask for the dimensions for the bed wood .How about the luck

My father had a '68 shortbed stepside that he sold over 30 years ago .I just got the truck back last Sunday . I am sure I will be here a lot more.

You first, LOL It will be awhile before this gets done. As I said its for my sons truck and he doesnt have any $ and he already owe's me to much so I'm not buying.
