Column length
I am going to Knoxville NSRA show this weekend and hope to buy chrome tilt column for my 67. My mechanic said I need a 36" column. Does that sound right?

The stainless Flaming river manual tilt column I bought recently from Pickmup is stamped 35. After the info i read about aftermarket tilt columns I wouldn't buy anything other than OEM / Flaming river / Ididit columns .
