Also, took the truck on a 300 mile trip this weekend. Ran perfect in any condition, and without exact math averaged about 17MPG on 87 octane +/- a .5 margin.
That number is mostly freeway I would imagine 85% to 15% local driving. I am happy, comparing to what it used before I am 5MPG positive average so far. Quite nice, and driveability is much improved. Freeway cruising is very good, cruise along with traffic with little effort and has lots of power in reserve for passing and/or just showing off That's my experiences so far, and for those sitting on the fence please don't it's worth it.
