Added 2 tone to ‘70 k10 swb
Thought I would share some before/after pics.
Truck was all red and her rear was rather plain. Added trim to the tailgate and the white. I think it turned out great and changed the vibe of the truck. What do y’all think? Posted via Mobile Device |

Agree, looks nice. That's a Wrap! (just a guess) You should do the roof as well.

Re: Added 2 tone to ‘70 k10 swb
Thanks guys!
And BINGO Richard! It is a wrap. After looking into painting a friend suggested a wrap and he had a company that he’d worked with for years. Super nice people and they did a great job in 1 day. $700 bucks well spent I’d say. Had a paint estimate of $8k (including the roof). My wife and I weren’t sure we’d like the white roof and figured we could always add it. I know it is “incorrect” , but not sure the white roof is needed. Would be interested in hearing your opinions though. Thanks 🙏🏻 |

While not correct, I do think it looks good as is.

Appreciate the opinions.
She’ll stay as is for now as adding OD to the fuel injected 402 and getting the factory AC going are more urgent. Thanks guys! |

Re: Added 2 tone to ‘70 k10 swb
Looks great, doesn't need the white cab IMHO.

Thanks Greg. I agree.
At least on a red truck it’s a little much. |

Re: Added 2 tone to ‘70 k10 swb
I painted the same color scheme on mine last year, I like it.
I know it looks orange in the picture, but it is medium red. BEFORE AFTER

Thanks, yours looks nice too. Never thought about a wrap on a truck before, pretty cool!
