I don't remember if it was here or www.ck5.com but Bobk just did this to his K5 and had a real nice post about it and where he got it from. I think the stuff he used was called "Brown Bread". I'ts simular to Dyna matt but a lot better price.

Go to Crutchfield.com, they sell some sound insulation. Also look for some stuff called Dynamat, wonderful stuff! I'll be using the Dynamat as soon as I get around to the interior on my truck. Helps keep both heat and sound out of the cab. They make sheets for the hood also.
