This will work for the fans and will control the A/C compressor, will cut it off at full throttle too, but it doesn't appear there is any A/C control over the fans in this schematic. As long as the engine is up to temperature and the fans are already on it will work alright, but until then you will have no fans pulling air across the condenser. Just something to think about. I would put a trinary switch in it to control the fans whenever the A/C needs them.
