Here's my early Mustang tank It's only about 16 gal., though. but it fits nicely between the frame rails. When I ordered my gauges I just got one to match the Mustang sender.

exactly the same as my setup - apart from I mounted to the lower frame - the mustang tanks fit up nicely and bolt to the rails along the perimeter.
