Door to high

I have a 71 K20
My issue is that when I close the door, the top part of the door rubs on top of cab. It does not sag. My question is how do I adjust it? To lower it? Do I adjust the bolts to the door? Or do I adjust the bolts to the cab? Do I have to take fender off to get to bolts to the cab? I’m referring to the bolts on the door hinges.
So frustrated, thanks in advanced.

Re: Door to high

Combination of both in my experience. If you have the right tools you dont need to take the fender off. These come in ratchet box end too
