Any ideas for DIY bed strips?
Hey guys. I am looking to do a show deck wood bed. I have the wood and tools to do it my self but was wanting to know if anyone has used other metal strips between the wood. Not sure that I want to use the standard metal strips.
I have looked into aluminum bar stock but too expensive and steel is too heavy. Looking for ideas of what others may have done.

MAR-K has some nice ones. The newer ones that don't show bolt heads are super nice, available in many materials and finishes. I got the unpolished stainless. For the money, you couldnt make it nicer yourself.
