dsraven Registered User Join Date: Nov 2010 Location: calgary alberta Posts: 9,039	Re: 1959 Chevy Apache Short Step "Goldilocks" Crimp connectors come uninsulated, which allows you to inspect the crimp quality, and then use double wall shrink tube because it has hot glue inside which melts out and seals the connection.
