Without knowing anything about the cam or the pistons, it's gonna be tough to estimate. The relatively conservative estimate that I've always used on any Chevy mouse or rat is displacement X .80 (or, in your case, 284 horsepower at the flywheel assuming he went .030 over on the bore). Of course, those numbers will vary wildly depending on the piston style, cam selection, ignition, tune, and a wealth of other factors. YMMV!
