Thanks guys, sounds like the consensus is bolt the frame perches to the frame, bolt the engine perches and the rubber mounts to the engine. Then drop engine in place. I'll leave the frame perches a little loose so position can be adjusted.

As TJ said, I'll leave the engine up a little off the frame perches to be able to see the alignment, then put the bolts in.
