Running a new temp sensor and gauge....

Im thinking to just run a new temp gauge and sensor, I've been trouble shooting two I had, one was my old one, gauge still isn't moving when temp is normal.... the other from parts store but isn't the actual "gauge" sender, what gauge should I order and grab for my c10??? It's fairly simple to install right???

Re: Running a new temp sensor and gauge....

I think I had a Mr. Gasket style sensor for temp as re placement I could get one at the many year ago that worked. just make sure it temp range is close to the factory gauge, where it starts to read and where it maxes out.
Then you just take a note of how it show temp where the marks read your drive. As you would do with the factory gauge set up then you know if there some thing out of the normal.
