Glass
Is there anyplace else to buy a complete glass kit other than CJ pony parts?
Looks like good prices but I want to explore all my options. Thanks |

Re: Glass
JL Fabrication sells side & rear 5 piece kits in clear or grey tint.
https://jlfabrication.com/collection...cending&page=6 I am not a fan of CJ Pony parts. I tried buying some parts that were "In stock" on their website and waited over a month. Called and they said the parts were back ordered and will be delivered in about two weeks. Two weeks later nothing. Canceled my order. I think CJ just drop ships everything. I try and use vendors that sponsor the forum whenever possible.

Re: Glass
You may have good luck shopping locally for glass. It will save you a ton on shipping, and most glass comes from just a small number of sources.

Re: Glass
I've bought glass locally for my hot rod projects. You will be amazed how much less it costs when you tell the glass shop it's not an insurance thing.

Re: Glass
Bought a complete set for my 69 from Auto City Classic, they were recommended by the glass guy that installed my windshield.

Re: Glass
I recommend Auto City.
https://www.autocityclassic.com/classic-auto-glass/ Service was great and shipping timely. A real guy answers the phone in a timely fashion. You can get in these available Colors: Clear, Original Green Tint and Custom Grey That's what they do. One of the few vendors I trust and was 100% happy with. CJ Pony is absolutely at the bottom of my vendor list. Stay away from them. Just attempt to call customer service to see what I mean. Rick |
