C20 Rear Brake Hose Solution
This was my solution to the C20 Rear Brake Hose dilemma. This all started when I got the wrong part from NAPA. They didn't have the correct hose for my '72 C20. The NAPA part number is 36765. They have this hose as fitting 1974-1986 C10s and C20s. Now this hose by itself doesn't quite work, but with adapters it does. I found that adapters are available when I went to the Hose-Man to have a rear brake hose made up out of braided line. It did cost a bit more than going with the NAPA hose. The NAPA hose with the adapters would cost approx. $30.00 total. This solution works for the C20's that have the distribution block as part of the brake hose. First pic is the stock hose. 2nd and 3rd pic is the NAPA hose. The 4th pic are the 3/8-24 to 7/16-24 adapters. Last pic is the new hose assembly on the DANA 60.

Re: C20 Rear Brake Hose Solution
Here is the hose I used. No adapters necessary. NAPA 36683. And it looks as if your hose is pointing out the back of the axle instead of forward.

Re: C20 Rear Brake Hose Solution
Yes, it's pointing towards the rear of the truck. It's a '72 C20 with the DANA 60. The Stock hose is 15 inches long. I looked up the NAPA 36683 hose and it is 20 inches long. Which would work nicely if my truck wasn't lowered. So I opted to have one made to the 15 inch length. The NAPA 36765 hose is 14.8 inches long, so it's closer to the stock length. Thanks for posting the hose part number that you used, as I'm sure it'll help out the next guy, which is the purpose of my original post.

Re: C20 Rear Brake Hose Solution
Now I see what mine will look like...well sort of. Yours is lower.
Looks great! Although your bike is missing some parts mine has (plus my bike weighs just a tad more) LOL! Bob
