WTB 6 cyl. fitting

Looking for the fitting for power brake/automatic six cylinder. One side has the 1/4" line to transmission, other side would have probably a 3/8" barb fitting for the hose to the vacuum booster. This is a pic of the one I have, which is minus the brake power assist side. This is a one-piece fitting.
