What's up guys bought this truck from old timmer he bought the truck brand new back in 1982 used it around the farm and the old 6.2 diesel gave out so he was willing to part ways with the truck. old man Rod called me corn bread i still don't know why lol so i named the truck " corn bread "

got the harness done for the swap also picked up a set of speed engineering headers, 22" transport wheels came in machined out the center made them 5 lug also installed a set of caps

old corn bread don't look to bad lol also hit the truck with 3000 then 5000 sand paper and polished it out came out pretty good for this old paint |

That's really funny to me that he gave you a nickname. I see plenty evidence of bread, but not much evidence of corn in that project. Neat truck, and looks like it had some nice dress-up options from the factory. I looked into a set of those wheels, but they're out of range for me at this point. Just an idea, but I think they would look cool the original color of rally wheels. Maybe just a shade or two darker than the silver that's on the truck. You've got a really sharp truck.

got the wheels changed got these for FREE! YES FREE a buddy of mine that owns a tire shop order these for a customer and he back out after they sat at the shop for a week i stop buy and he said keep them just tell people to buy tires here nice come up |

nice project , coming along fast. I like the new wheels better too. I wish I would of held out longer and got a rust free truck. It's going to be a nice ride, what other plans do you have?
