Wiring on 69

Just took a clowe look under the dash of my 69 step, and it looks like about four different guys put it together in five different countries.

Is there anything I can read to start to figure out what's going on with this stuff?

For example? Are there things that don't work? Or did someone get a deal on blue wire like in my 68.

Go to this link, save the diagrams to your hard drive and then you can zoom in on what you want to see.

After you print the four pages out you will find it more understandable by taping the pages together so that you can trace out the wires to get a better grasp on the circuits. The lines don't line up exactly, but you will have a much better idea of the wiring paths.
1. First page is the headlights parking lights and engine compartment
2. Second page is the instrument panel and bulkhead connector
3. Third page is light switch, ignition switch, and bulkhead connector
4. Fourth page is Chassis and rear lighting.

Rick's Pickup Parts has wiring diagrams on sale for $4. I did what Don suggested in colors and it's easy to follow.

Thanks to all. I grabbed them and printed them. Will start trying to figure things out tomorrow morning.
