In need of 67 parts. Can trade.
Hey thanks for letting me join up. I have a 67 Chevy shortbed stepside with a 250 I6, 350 turbo that I am trying to get looking sharp again and I am in need of some parts. I removed the factory bed and I am installing a bed from a 1994 stepside. Most of the parts that I need are for the front half. Here is a list if some of you can help me with them. Some of this is also a wish list.
1. both doors (mine are not that bad, just wanted them nice and straight) 2. Complete master rebuild kit for 250 I6 engine 3. Two barrel intake for same 250 4. Complete a/c unit- After market maybe? 5. Billet alum. interior kit 6. Glass kit for the 2 doors from window and vent to just one large glass window. 7. Windshield 8. Clean rust free cab. 9. Alum. valve cover for 250. 10. 250 headers 11. A good place and price on getting my 250 rebuilt. 12. Black framed sliding back glass for small rear window. Will have some nice parts left over when done will be looking to sale or trade. Thanks again for your help. Email Address inspector722@aol.com Last edited by Inspector722; 07-21-2004 at 10:39 AM. Thanks you guys, I have had that site saved in my favorites for sometime now. But I am really looking for some really good used parts to save some money for other patrs of this project. (Plus my wife has been really giving me some "HARD" looks too).

Here are a few pics of some of the items that would have for sale or to trade.
A stepside bed from a 1967 Chevy short bed pickup. Will fit 67-72. Comes with the lights and wires. There is no floor. Only rust problem is at the front panel at the inside bottom. (The rest is only minor suface rust.) One dent ahead of the driver's tire. Tailgate and rest of the panels are straight and clean. Original paint, no bondo. Smooth fenders, not the spare tire indent in the driver side.Local pick up or can deliver for a reasonable fee. Seat brackets, Hood (a couple of small dents but no rust), plus other parts as I pick to use or sale. |

I saw your 67 bed on eBay and was very interested fro my original restoration but your so far down in Southeast Texas. It looks like a nice bed for a restoration project.
