Re: Bedrail caps
In this pic it's not sitting flush because of some trimming needed at the very front if the rails

Re: Bedrail caps
I really like what you did to the back ends with the smooth taper down to the tailgate. Much more pleasing to the eye in my opinion than the original design. But kudos to the manufacturer for bringing this cap to the market in the first place.

Re: Bedrail caps
I have the bedrail caps and windshield cap. The windshield cap it pretty thin and it is going to take a little bit of work to get a proper fit.

Re: Bedrail caps
I changed my mind on these caps not long after trying to get the fit I wanted. I sold them and went another direction, I sawed the outer top off 6 rusted out doors and welded then to the top of the bed rails and broke som sheetmetal and welded it in on the backside. I haven't had any body work done in the area yet but it turned out great, the rear corners where a lil tricky but it worked out to my satisfaction. I would post pictures but have never had luck with that but I will try.

Re: Bedrail caps
I raised the bedsides and tail gate and if I recall I used 8 rough doors to do it.
I used rectangular tubing for the cap and it gave the rail top great strength.
