I've been seeing where the EPA is tearing into alot of diesel shops for doing the deletes...

It doesn't really help us that these diesel dinks are taking brand new trucks, pulling off all the emissions stuff, put on the kill tune and then drive around blasting black smoke in people's faces.

I live in a state that emission tests cars every couple years, so I have always had to do emission legal mods on my newer cars. I don't have a problem with the feds jumping in where the states aren't checking for emissions. What I do have a problem with is making it illegal to turn a street car into a race car.
