Where to list your truck?
Hey guys,
I’m not sure if this is the right board to post this in but I am thinking of selling my truck and not sure where the best places to list it are. Honestly I’m looking to buy a house and selling this would go a decent way towards a down payment. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all. Get a premium membership and list it on here in the trucks for sale forum. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/payments.php You can't ask what it is worth or post specifics on here without being a Premium member. Posting specifics basically makes it a For Sale post. I am going to edit out part of the post instead of deleting it. LockDoc, Moderator

Re: Where to list your truck?
I have had really good luck with Facebook Marketplace and have seen others have good luck with bringatrailer.com but they do take a %, I see you're in Portland also - depending on how nice your truck is you could sell through the Chevy Store as well but they take a cut as well. Good luck and let's see some pictures!

Re: Where to list your truck?
Sad to read that a new members first post is on where to sell his truck. Especially a local one.
Upping your membership will directly connect you with folks looking for a 67-72 it is the same price as a Craigslist ad with far fewer flakes. I can't speak to Facebook or whatever they call themselves today. But I would bet there is no shortage of flakes there. If you go with other options make sure to read the fine print and understand it before signing on the line. They are in the business of making money and making you happy may not be part of the deal for them. I wish you luck with your new home.
