Anyone use 16" 6 lug GM rally wheels on K10?
For years I have used the 15" 5 lug and the 6 lug GM Ralley wheels on my 67-72 trucks, but just yesterday I saw an ad for 16" rally wheels. At first i thought it was a typo because I did not know that GM made 16" rally wheels, and I am starting to realize they were used on the 88-98 GM trucks. Has anyone every used them on a 67 K10 for instance? They look the same and I am assuming the center hub would be the same and that the SS trim ring would be different.

Far as I remember, the center hub on the later models is too small to fit, plus I believe the backspacing is pretty deep to.

Those aren't actually rallye wheels. You are correct, GM never made rallyes in anything but 15". The base wheel you refer to for 88-98s are known as "Styled Steel Wheels". May sound like splitting hairs but a name is a name and although they have a similar look, they are a departure from the traditional wheel profile and the beginning of something new, being flat with big backspace. and that brings us to the smaller center hole and the fact that they will be way tucked in on a pre-88. I see the styled steel wheels as fwd design and rallyes as rwd design. Also, they were only used on 4wds.
