I just sold a th 350 with about a 1000 miles on it for 175, so 100 sounds really far to me.

Dang, thats an excellent price, I paid $200 for a rebuilt T350 plus another 80 for the B&M Transpak. Is that a 2wd T350 short shaft? If it is I may be interested.
