Upper radiator hose
I see most of our trucks with V8's have flex hoses for upper radiator hose. They look terrible, I have seen molded hoses for the 60-66 trucks with V8 but I can't seem to locate a part number for one. The local Autozone and Advance Auto can's seem to find a part number either. Anyone here know the part number?

Try Kelly-Springfield # XL-060, Goodyear 60867. For 66 C-10 327. Brian

You can also go down to your local muffler shop and have a custom piece of stainless steel pipe bent perfectly. Take it home and put a beautiful shine on it with a polisher. Then all you need are two little pieces of rubber hose on each end to connect it all. Looks really sharp and it will outlast your truck.

Somewhere on the net... someone found a hose that worked pretty good with the v8 setup. I wrote it down as I have a flex hose on my truck and I would rather have something else... if I recall right, the perosn that posted this said that it was a snug fit, but it did fit. Oh well, just use a little vaseline to help it slide on.

Thanks, I have gotten a Kelly XL-060 because the Goodyear number (60867) is unavailable in this town. It can be ordered but I went with what was on hand.

Yeah, it's a little long but the catalog says that it has to be cut. I suspect that is due to some people having the V8 in the I6 position. The good news is that it's obvious that it would work either way.

I think I cut about 1 1/2 inch off one end, still fits great. Brian
