This is a 52 Chevy sedan tank for standard or EFI, with a side filler.
Not going to be a show truck, but more of a show & go(rusto-mod)...not caring about rock chips.
This insane idea has kept me busy for more than 90 hours, but it is a stress relief hobby...kind of.

Yep. That's why this 'idea' I had last September for a unique rear tank that kinda looks like the factory might have done it back in the day is 'almost' finished.

I'm learning alot about 16-18 ga. metallurgy with these older, thicker metal vehicles. I do this for a hobby, so no formal training. Plus I like shooting for building a vehicle for personal use that is not your standard cookie cutter, 'every one does it like this' theme. But it can be a curse. Hoping to get to be done by this summer.
