Yakima area car clubs
Any one on here in a car club in the Yakima WA area?
We are looking at a possible move to that area and hear that there is a great car culture there. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Re: Yakima area car clubs
There are a few. The vintiques is the big one that puts on the big show at the fair grounds every year and there are some smaller ones.
I'm not on my computer, so I can't look things up now. There are plenty ofevents to pick from in the area that are within 90 miles of Yakima.

Re: Yakima area car clubs
thanks for that info. I knew there are a few clubs but couldnt figure out which one is the most active. Sounds like Vintiques is it.
My wife it trying to use this as a "selling point" to convince me we need to move there when we retire next year.

Re: Yakima area car clubs
This is from last years issue of the 'Calendar Of Events' for the 'Inland Northwest Car Club Council'.
The 'C WA' are for central WA., but like the page states it 'is just some of the organizations involved in the INCCC'. They become available around this time of year for the March start....as the earliest I usually see in the last 15 years I've been show trolling. Last edited by fauXGT; 01-31-2022 at 09:30 PM. Re: Yakima area car clubs
That list is all from the Spokane area. It has very little to smooth with the Yakima valley.
Since e Cruzin magazine seems to have folded the PNW. I am not sure if anyone is doing an event schedule for the Yakima Valley and TriCities now.

Re: Yakima area car clubs
It gives info for submitted events as far east as to Butte and Billings Montana to west to Issaquah Wa, so I guess try local Yakima area auto paint/body/repair shops to see if they have anything equalivant to this. That is where we get the 'calendar of events'. The 'car club' info on that page doesn't cover all events that take place, or all the 'clubs', just "some" of the clubs, like is stated.

Re: Yakima area car clubs
so my wife's bright idea, should we actually wind up moving to Yakima is that I can gather info about shows, cruises, rallys, etc and she can write up the info. Then we could email it to any one interested. Just thinking.

Re: Yakima area car clubs
Googled info. The INCCC 2022 event meeting takes place on Feb 26, 2022.... so the calendar flyer will follow with only info sent to it.

Re: Yakima area car clubs
The Yakima cars and coffee group on FB has some real active car club members in it who may know about a schedule but even though I thought I got my internet connection fixed at the house it isn't working great.
