What colour is my truck? Paint code help

Afternoon all,

Respraying the firewall on good old Woody and trying to find the correct paint code for the green he currently sports.

This is a California forest commission truck so the paint code on the trim tab is SPC, not much help.

Looked at the various sites with paint references but with no luck so over to you guys to see if you can help.

Thanks!

I will bring it to the top for you.

I think it looks like Seafoam Green.

You ca n also check Paintref for a 1966 Chevy pickup and see what looks closest"
https://paintref.com/cgi-bin/colorco...0Truck&rows=50
In the list on the left there is a G-B-Y, you look at your colors reference pictures on Google, Bing or Yahoo pics.

SPC means special paint color, if you didn't already know. Unless you had a book of all available special color choices, there's no way to be certain.

Re: What colour is my truck? Paint code help

Thank you for the advice Gentlemen.

Ended up taking a panel to the paint shop with me and, using technology, they have given me a very good match. As this is to paint the firewall if it is a little off it will not be the end of the world.

Well, you will be able to judge for yourself next weekend!

I had gone that way too, previously had no luck with the color choices to paint my fender extensions, the paintshop scanned the color and then made it, fits pretty well.
