NP205 Rebuild 101

I have some slop and vibration from the transfer case and was looking for info about rebuilding it. Has anyone done this? Is there a good manual? Parts available? I can rotate the new driveshaft w new ujoints back and forth about a quarter turn. Is this normal? This will be a first...I redid the rearend with richmond gears and set the pinion depth and backlash to spec and it helped the clunking sound when stopping and starting alot. Gears were badly worn so I'm expecting the tranfer case to be just as worn out.

Be sure to check the spline coupling that connects the trans to the transfer case. Also trans output shaft spline, and transfer input shaft spline. You may fine allot of wear on the coupling.
