Since you would prefer to stay with the torsion bar setup, you will have to get aftermarket, stock height spindles that are made to work with your factory ball joints and tie rod ends or get a kit that is designed to work with the factory, drum brake spindle.

I have been pleased with the Western Chassis spindles that came in my disc kit from Performance Online. I kept my truck stock height and 6 lug.
If you go the aftermarket spindle route, I would definitely recommend purchasing a quality spindle as you don't want it breaking while driving!
