Outer door skins need covered. Your door panels are hollow in many places, fill them. The inner door skin, anywhere you can reach. Aluminum air bubble insulation. FATMATT XXX is good, cheap material. Back of the cab, the corners and any metal you can reach again. 2 layers on everything is not over kill.
