The plastic shroud that goes over the entire belt and mechanism, do you feed the belt down through it before you reassemble the belt retractable pieces, or is there a trick to getting it on after you have the belt all put back together? The buckle is much wider than the opening of the shroud. Not sure here and looking for tricks or advice. Thanks
