'68-'72 Bedside Panels
May need a Left Hand Bedside Panel for my '72 C-10 Long Bed Fleetside.
Wondering which brand is the best quality? Also wondering if they make a back half. I didn't notice one in the LMC catalog. Same with a Rear Bumper. Which brand would be the best? Thanks

Re: '68-'72 Bedside Panels
I would like to find a rust free, and reasonabley strait passenger bedside for my 71 longbed, since we both lived in Virginia, if I see anything on good bedsides out my way, I will pass on the info.I bought a set of new short bedsides for my other truck project, a couple of years ago, and was really pleased with the fit, I did have to do a little bit of hammer and dolly work, and some fitment work to get them installed, but was pretty strait forward, compared to some of them I bought in the past. not sure about repop long bedsides though

Re: '68-'72 Bedside Panels
Appreciate the reply. Do you remember what brand you used on your short bed?
The simple answer "may" be that they are all the same, but need to verify it. A friend of mine once used LMC's and was pretty satisfied with it. The answer may be well worn out over here, but I'm not here that often. I'm at Heavy Haulers about 98% of the time, lol.

Re: '68-'72 Bedside Panels
I bought them at the southeastern truck nationals, a couple of years ago, I cant remember the vendors name right off hand, but I was able to open and inspect them, and it saved us shipping...im sure it was pretty funny watching us in the heat at the show that day tote those things through the swap meet and load them into our vehicle..

Re: '68-'72 Bedside Panels
The bed parts that Key Parts sells go together well. I guess they're in Lynchburg and you might be able to buy from them out of there.

Re: '68-'72 Bedside Panels
I think you'll have to buy from a vendor. But see if you can pick up at Key Parts in Lynchburg. Might be worth the drive against shipping cost and being able to inspect
