Unfortunately.. fortunately? Those screws were designed never to come out. I think they were blunted on the back end at the factory. Rivets might be a good idea as long as they are good ones and seated securely, for obvious reasons. If you are able to drill the broken screws out with some precision, you could probably tap them for the next size screw, but then you would want to get some red loctite that is designed to be in contact with fuel - or blunt the back end again. The red loctite is a special designation that I can't recall off the top of my head. Minimal size on the screw or rivet heads is important since the primary limitation of TBI performance is the size of the throttle body and anything added to the throttle plate is a restriction. One of the modifications to these is to grind down the throttle shaft so that when it's wide open it presents a narrower profile than the cylindrical shaft as it comes from the factory.
