LMC Trucks has 'end spring repair' piece, item #6 in drawing.
You will need two, one for each end of the seat, fixes the sagging spring on the end of the seat, especially drivers side.
Try to save and re-use the barrel clips when you remove the old/broken spring.

Edit: also, I dont think that coil spring in your picture is OEM, believe it has been added.
