Windshield Leaking

Can this be fixed without removing the glass, or should I not even attempt? There is no rust that I can see. Does the rubber that you can see seal it, or is there some kind of sealant that they used that is just getting old?

help is on the way....

I along with apparently several others have had this problem. Pull the windshield and replace the weatherstripping-use URETHANE to seal the rubber to the glass and seal the rubber to the body. Use that urethane like you can't put a price on it. I's messy but excess will clean off. When the glass is back in if you continue to have leaks make sure the drip rails are filled with seam sealer and/ or you may have to run abead of clear sealent around the lip of the rubber where it contacts the glass on the exterior of the truck. It seems these weatherstrips just aren't that great without a little help. Hope this works for you.
