Vent Window availability

Where is a good place to get a LH vent window assembly. I usually get stuff from LMC since they are local and I don't have to deal with shipping costs, but they have been out of stock for an eternity. Anyone know of a good source for these that isn't price guoging due to availability? LMC's price is less than $200 plus tax.(But they're out of stock)

Have you called Manes?

https://www.manestruckparts.com/

Or Classsic Parts?

classicparts.com

They are both close to you.

Classic is out of stock, as well. I'll check with Manes.

You might try board member RogerKoop http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=576998. He restores them and they're not cheap but his work is excellent.

He's had health issues so that may affect what he's able or willing to do, but he *might* have one to sell.

Rebuild them yourself using weatherstrip and rivets from Classic Parts.
It's not difficult if you follow these instructions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1uKSKbHUOc

I would, but the chrome on it is in bad shape. Those chrome frames aren't available. I'd have to send parts off to be rechromed and I really don't want to wait on that.
