IAC Wire from Holly Terminator X - Where to?

I have a full non-stock 5.3 LS rebuild with 4l60E tranny and i am switching out the PSI wiring and stock style brain for the Holly Terminator X Max. 2 Things that have come up:
1.) Alternator wiring - signal on wire(s) So I read that i can use a single wire and plug bought online along with a 470-OHM _ 1/2 Watt resistor inline and then run that wire to a switch on power source, so that i have built and got into the cab, ready to be hooked up to switched on power source.
2.) The IAC Kick Input wire from the Holly wiring in the special additional wires that come with the AC on wire, Fans wires. I have no idea where to take this damn wire. All the rest i think i have figured out, but this one of course. Any help?
Note: the wiring and plug to the IAC are installed, this is an extra wire that is in a bunch of "extra" wires in the kit.
Thanks for any help.

I would ask the same question over on LS1tech.com. Tons of guys are running the Holley systems over there.
