non a/c cab to a/c cab

ok firewall is almost complet for the a/c need to drill holes for the hoses, the dash is finished for the vents on the side and the center. is threr something else that needs to be done under the cowl?

You have to drill a hole through the cowl for the shaft for the damper that goes in the cowl, there are dimples for the holes, it goes right through to the inside of the cab. Also you will have to drill 2 additional holes near the pass side vent, again there are dimples there.

Attached is a picture of the flapper installed. My cab started its life with me as a non-AC cab. I don't exactly remember but I believe there were dimples for all the holes to show you where to drill.

This shot is kind of cool. My cowl is off and my camera fits in the cowl. I'm not trying to show off my antlers. It almost looks like I was aiming to to get them in the shot.

wow, cool the shots were fantastic. (them antlers wer huge) ok well I dont beleive I have that assembly of parts from all the a/c parts I have bought, 4 diffrent sets, 2 were so much junk I didnt get anything out of them. so still searching for all the parts yet thanks Mrein3 for your help and great pics
