I agree totally with the wiring. That will be first priority. I’m guessing head gasket. I’ll tear into it. I’m kinda hoping to go with a new crate motor.

Get the AAW kit. Fix the heads and drive it. You can decide your mods as you go.
If you tear it apart, it will cost tome and money. Enjoy it.
Mine is nice, I tore it down to the frame. I'm just finishing it. It's been 10 years.
