Frame difference from 1970 to 1972

Have a 1970 jimmy got a 1971 frame to put on it hole in the frame for the drum brake lines in the front not their must have move them for disks brakes is their a way to put that hole in the frame. All ready bought the brake lines for the drum brakes.

I converted a 70 to disc brakes and just drilled new holes.

It looks like the hole for the disc brakes is just a round hole but for the drum brakes
It's not look at the pictures brake line has to lock in it so it don't turn.

If I remember correctly, the 71 and 72 is a round hole with a flat spot. I tried drilling the hole smaller and then burr grinding it so i would have the flat spot but by the time it was done it was round, lol.

It would be a bit of a pain to replace the hole. You would have to drill the hole then file the triple squares in.
