SE need help

I have a 1970 Chevy K20 Truck and when I look at the R.P.O tag in the glove box it has a SE spot and it's filled in I'm looking for some help to identify this SE the vin is KE2401111049 any help would be greatly appreciated

A quick look at the VIN decoder on this site, could only find a few from the VIN you provided. I'm not sure the VIN's ever contained a code for something like SE or not. I'm sure someone with more knowledge will chime in.

KE2401111049

K = 4x4
E = V8 Gas
2 = 3/4 ton
4 = ? (cab to axle dimension)
0 = 1970
1 = ? (body and brake)
