Stainless steel injector lines
Hello Ryan,
Are there stainless injector lines that will work on a stock (all most) p-pump 12 valve? The ones I find are oversize and I assume the engine will not idle correctly. Thanks, Gene |

Re: Stainless steel injector lines
Gene, my experiences with stainless injection lines is not great. They love to crack and break. I can call a couple of places to see if they will make standard .078 size SS lines but honestly, I'd just use new stock lines. With oversize lines the engine does have the potential to idle differently. It does affect the timing a little. I have .084 lines on my 24v but typically try to keep stock size on street trucks unless it has big injectors.
