New power window issue.

Hi I just installed power windows in my 78 c15 and on both doors the window will not goo up that last 1/8th of an inch. My question is should I have used the 2 piece window channel felt instead of the 1 piece. I have tried everything else you can imagine spent 4 hours on it yesterday alone loosening things in different order shimming etc. So could it be the felt?

Take the felt off and see what happens. But I would venture to say that’s your issue, if your doors had the 2 piece originally.
Or it’s the window regulator. Did you buy new ones, or are you using parts from a donor? And if it’s a donor, what year?
