Removal of Fricition Plates

How do I take off the door hinge friction plates? Haven't even tried but I figure I better go ahead and ask so I know how to do it tomorrow when I go to do it.

I'm not sure how to explain it other than its the piece that stops your day and makes the little stops when you open your door.

To replace the (pucks-friction pads) remove the hinge pin and the stop can be pulled out with the pads.

LOL.. went to O' Reillys and NAPA looking for them and neither had them. So then I went to my local GM dealer (like GMCPaul told me to do since he doesnt have them). They said they didn't have any. They'd have to order them from St. Louis in sets of 10 but since he would never be able to sell another 8 I would have to buy 10 or he wouldnt order it. So I told him thanks anyhow but no. He did say that Molle Chevrolet (the next closest dealer about 30 miles away) had some. I called them and they wanted them for $20 a piece I think it was. So I ordered from Chevy Duty for $7 a piece.. should be here anytime beings it takes only 1 day for them to ship since they're fairly close.
