Might be, BUT the wide pad that those stampings are on, was generally not seen past 1976. The blocks with the wide pad were the heavier cast blocks. Narrow pad denotes thinner cast blocks, lighter weight AND lighter duty.

Would be interesting what the rest of the markings on block look like. (Behind driver side head)
