HELP! Need front suspension rebuild help

I posted in the "suspension" section with no luck. I am rebuilding the front suspension on my '71 2wd Blazer. I have the a-arms off and need help with the bushings and shaft assemblies. What is the easiest way to remove them. Also, when I get them all cleaned up and painted,... what is the easiest way to reassemble them? I know a few of you have powder coated pieces,... how did you guys put them together. The lower arm shafts are round,... how did you hold this area while you were tightening the bushing on? Also what is the torque of the upper and lowers? Any little tricks? Thanks, sorry for so many questions. lolife.

Use an impact gun to take the shaft end caps off. They will go back on easier once you have cleaned them up.

Before you take them apart you might want to check for excessive play in the shafts so you will know if you need to put new ones on or not.
