1972 GMC 2500 Park Brake Cable

I’m trying to locate park cables for my truck, these ones are mounted to the back with a little plate and two small bolts, which is a style I am unfamiliar with. Probably because this is a three quarter ton. My usual local parts supplier says they can’t get them. Truck is a v8 model 2wd LWB, not a longhorn.

I’m hoping someone can give me a part number or even better a supplier that ships to Canada, thanks in advance.

In-line tube used to sell them. Try checking there, I bought a set there about 10 years ago. Good luck

Just to give some closure - and my appreciation to those who responded to my question - I ordered the right cables and they are on the truck and work great.

I was pleased that the ones I ordered were the right ones since the various websites were often in disagreement about the length of the same part.

I went with the Dorman C92421, which was listed as being both (or either) 39 inches and/or 41 inches long.

Luckily, they were 41 inches, and that was what I needed. I will be posting pics on my build thread this weekend of how they fit.
